It's here that you'll go toe-to-toe with the likes of Two-Face, The Penguin, Azrael, Man-Bat and more.Īlthough these are listed as side missions you'll need to lock up at least seven of the Most Wanted villains to initiate the Knightfall Protocol in the game.
